3 windows

Kitchen and living room

Had 3 windows installed, kitchen, living room. … work was done well and efficiently and they showed when they said they would show.

8 windows

Finished ahead of schedule

We were pleased with the windows provided by Access and the careful installation of 8 windows. The job was completed ahead of schedule …

Na Wang · Google review, February 2025 · Fort Myers listing

9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors

About 10 weeks to wait, a day and a half on site

We waited ~10 weeks for the windows to be delivered, and after that we scheduled when the installation will be. The workers were able to finish within a day and a half (originally allotted 3 days)

Jessela Emile · Google review, February 2025 · Deerfield Beach listing

7 windows, 4 sliders and a front door

Even the tiled-in shower window

They were careful with the installations and even my shower window that had been tiled in, they did absolutely no damage to the tiles.

Ingrid Pedersen · Google review, October 2024 · Deerfield Beach listing

13 windows, then the rest

Ordered in two rounds

We were so impressed by your installation after our first 13 windows we decided to order a second time to replace the remaining windows and a few doors.

Lin Miller · Google review, December 2024 · Fort Myers listing

17 windows, 11 sliding doors and more

Split into 3 phases

I was hesitant at first because it was such a large project to me, so I did it in 3 phases. Each time was as smooth as the first… from measuring, to removal of old and replacement of new, and inspection.

In customers' words

Whatever the size: measured, installed, cleaned up.

Google reviews from the last few months on our Deerfield Beach and Fort Myers listings: a measure in the home, a crew that cleans up, an inspection that gets handled.

He came prepared to do the measurements and to show me varieties of windows that were best for my windows. … Nathan came to do the final walk-through before the inspector arrived.

Dee Johnson · Google review, September 2026 · Deerfield Beach listing

From start to finish Access is a great company to work with! Everyone who comes to my house compliments on how good they look.

Chris Skillicorn · Google review, August 2026 · Deerfield Beach listing

Their installers did a great job and made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned when they were finished. Peter was very responsive and great to deal with.

  • Single-hung

The bottom sash slides up, the top stays put. The most common window on Florida houses.

    Single-hung windows →
  • Horizontal roller

A sash slides sideways on a track. Wide openings, and nothing swings into the room.

    Horizontal rollers →
  • Casement

Hinged on one side and cranked open, so the whole sash swings clear of the opening.

    Casement windows →
  • Picture

A fixed pane with no sash to open. The most glass and the clearest view.

    Picture windows →
  • Architectural

Arches, half-rounds and shaped windows, made to the size of your opening.

We install CWS and ES Windows, the two brands we're authorized for. Doors too: impact door installation and glass garage doors.

After install day

What changes inside the house.

Three windows or the whole house, customers bring up the same three things, next to what the glass does.

  • Quieter.

    Laminated glass dampens noise.

I’ve already noticed better insulation and noise reduction.

Arais Gutierrez · Google review, May 2025 · Fort Myers listing
  • Cooler.

Low-E glass is coated to cut the sun’s heat coming in.

After the windows were installed, the house is now very quiet, and the tint keeps it cooler.

gail whited · Google review, July 2026 · Deerfield Beach listing
  • No shutters.

Impact glass is in place all the time. Shutters have to be put up before a storm.

    Goodbye hurricane shutters!!!

Questions

Impact windows: straight answers.

Something not covered here? Call (561) 283‑2777 or (239) 296‑5996.

How much do impact windows cost?

We don't publish a price list, because the number depends on your house: how many openings, their sizes, the styles you choose, the glass, and the condition of each opening once the old window comes out. The estimate is free and done in your home, and the quote comes in writing with every window listed by its approval number.

Who handles the permit and inspection?

We do. We pull the permit and carry it through final inspection, and permit passing is guaranteed. One customer wrote that we “handled everything from homeowner’s association approval to city permit and final inspection.” The permit office has the final say on what's required for your house.

What are the downsides of impact windows?

They're a bigger project than swapping a window. Each one is made to your measurements, so plan on 10 to 12 weeks from signed contract to install day, and a crew works in your home on install day. One customer who worked from home wrote that removal and installation were “pretty loud,” and that the crew finished in a day and a half. Ask us anything at the free estimate.

Do I need impact windows, or are shutters enough?

It depends on your home and your permit. Impact windows and hurricane shutters are two different ways to protect an opening: impact glass is in place all the time, while shutters have to be put up before a storm. At the free estimate we look at each opening and tell you what the job needs. The permit office has the final say on what's required for your house.

How long does it take?

Plan on 10 to 12 weeks from signed contract to install day. During that time we pull the permit and your order is made to your measurements. Install day itself depends on the size of the job: one customer wrote that a job allotted 3 days was finished in a day and a half, and it's done by our own crew.

Can I replace just a few windows?

Customers on our listings describe jobs of every size: one had 3 windows installed, another ordered the first 13 and then the rest later, and one split a large job into 3 phases. Tell us at the free estimate what you have in mind and we'll go through the options for your house, opening by opening.

Which window brands do you install?

CWS and ES Windows. They're the two manufacturers we're authorized for, so they're the products we quote and install in every style on this page, from Palm Beach to Fort Myers. Each window's Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade approval (NOA) number goes on your written quote.

Who installs the windows?

Our own crew. We use in-house installers, not day labor. Customers on both of our Google listings describe how the crew left the place, and one wrote that they “cleaned up beyond my expectations.” After install day, we carry the permit through final inspection.
