They're the three ES lines our quotes draw from. Elite covers residential windows and doors such as the ES-EL100 single-hung, the ES-5000 casement and the ES-EL400 slider. Multimax products, like the ES-MX1000, are built for homes or commercial buildings. Prestige includes the glass-wall and minimal-frame products.

Your written quote lists the Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade approval (NOA) number for each ES product, and you can look a Florida number up on the Florida Building Commission's product approval site or an NOA on Miami-Dade County's search.
Yes: the ES-PSD5030, which ES calls "a versatile Pivot and Swing Entry door system" and lists as an impact door, with glass or solid panel finishes. It's the only impact pivot door we quote, since CWS doesn't make one. Our pivot doors page covers how it opens.
ES makes several: the ES-EL400, with layouts from two panels up to six on one to four tracks and a pocket option; the ES-SGD2020 with a low-rise threshold; and the ES-SGD1010T with minimal sightlines. We match the door to your opening at the free in-home measure.
The three we quote are out-swing. ES lists its ES-EL300 and ES-MX3000 French doors as out-swing, available with integrated sidelites, and its ES-46T as an out-swing door that can have a transom and sidelites. Out-swing doors open onto the patio, so plan for clear space outside them.
Plan on 10 to 12 weeks from signed contract to install day, while we pull the permit and your products are made to your measurements. Our own crew installs them, and we carry the permit through final inspection, with permit passing guaranteed.
