Why Florida homeowners pick Access

The receipts behind every install.

Caner, FWAG, Statewide — none of them publish Florida Product Approval numbers, none cite Miami-Dade NOAs on quotes, and none guarantee a inspection sign-off. We do. Here’s the documentation behind that promise.

100%

Inspection sign-off.

Two-thirds of impact-window delays in Florida come from inspection failures — bad flashing, missed NOA citation, wrong DP rating for the wind zone. Our crews don’t fail. Every install passes municipal inspection on the first visit, so your insurance certificate ships when promised.

CGC1525402

Florida Certified General Contractor.

Plus secondary FL Roofing Contractor license CCC1337755 — one of the few Florida impact installers carrying both. We own the structural envelope and the weather-seal side of every install. Verified on BBB, the FL DBPR registry, and on every permit we pull.

2,000+

Florida residences installed.

Started in 2007 with a pickup truck and a Florida license. Today we run two offices — Deerfield Beach and Fort Myers — with in-house crews on payroll. No day-labor subs. The installer at your house is named in our weekly schedule meeting.

On the job

Watch our crews at work.

A real impact-door installation on a South Florida home — our own in-house crews, start to finish. No stock footage, no subcontractors.

Impact sliding & French door installation · South Florida

The contractor side of impact-window installs that nobody talks about.

Failed inspections become your problem.

Two-thirds of impact-window install delays in Florida come from inspection failures. Every failure adds weeks to your project and risks your insurance discount.

An install without the engineering is just an estimate.

Most installers can install a window. Far fewer understand Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements, water-infiltration testing, or how to flash an opening that won't leak in five years.

Volume installers cut corners you can't see.

Behind every install is a permit, a flash detail, a sealant choice, and a thousand things you'll never know — until they fail.

Service Areas

Two Florida HQs, serving six counties.

Two physical offices — Deerfield Beach on the East Coast, Fort Myers on the Gulf — serving Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, Lee, and Collier counties. Same engineering rigor whether you’re in Boca, Jupiter, Fort Myers, or Naples.

What we actually bring to the install.

Operational depth that competitors don't lead with — because they can't.

Florida building code, line by line.

HVHZ vs non-HVHZ. TAS 201/202/203 testing. DP rating to product approval mapping. We read the code so you don't have to.

Permits + inspections, owned end-to-end.

We pull every permit, coordinate every inspection, and pass inspection at a rate you can verify by asking your municipality.

Water infiltration testing + waterproofing methods.

Every install includes our standard flashing detail, sealant selection, and post-install water test on every fenestration opening.

Real licensed installers, named on your file.

Your installer is on payroll, not a day-labor sub — named on your file, never anonymous.

Comfort + Code Compliance

More than protection — comfort you feel every day.

Impact-rated glass does more than stand up to a storm. Laminated glass and low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings cut solar heat gain and dampen outside noise, so your home stays cooler, quieter, and more comfortable all year.

And every product we install is documented and code-compliant — cited by its Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade NOA number on your quote, permitted by us, and backed by our permit-passing guarantee.

Low-E

Lower cooling load

Low-emissivity coatings reflect solar heat, so your AC works less through a South Florida summer and your home holds its temperature.

Quiet

A quieter home

The same laminated inner layer that makes the glass impact-rated also dampens street, traffic, and storm noise — a noticeably calmer home.

FL Approval

Approval # on every quote

Each product on your quote is cited by its Florida Product Approval number (FL-#####-R#) or Miami-Dade NOA. No mystery materials.

Financing

Flexible financing through Florida partners.

PACE-program and traditional home-improvement financing through three Florida-approved partners. Pre-qualification doesn’t impact your credit score.

Florida’s leading PACE provider for hurricane-protection upgrades. Financing tied to the property, repaid through your annual tax assessment.

PACE Program

State-approved clean-energy financing program for impact and energy-efficient home improvements. No money down, fixed annual rate.

Government Program

Traditional home-improvement loan partner with same-day approval on most applications. Soft credit pull for pre-qualification.

Frequently asked, straight answers.

Are your impact windows certified to Florida code?

Yes — every product we install carries either a Florida Product Approval (FL #####-R# format) or a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA), depending on your county and wind zone. We cite the specific approval number on every quote.

How long does an install take?

Typical timeline is 10-12 weeks from contract to install — 4-8 weeks of manufacturing lead time, then 1-3 days on-site for most residential whole-home installs. We give you a real install date in writing, not a "we'll let you know."

Do you handle the permit?

Yes. We pull every permit, coordinate every inspection, and own the relationship with your municipality until the work passes. You sign the contract; we handle the bureaucracy.

Will impact windows lower my energy bills?

For most Florida homeowners, impact-rated glass with a low-emissivity (Low-E) coating reflects solar heat — so your AC works less and your home stays cooler and more comfortable year-round.

Can you match my HOA's requirements?

Yes. We work with HOAs across South and Southwest Florida regularly. We provide manufacturer cut sheets and color/finish options that fit nearly every HOA spec.

What about glass garage doors?

Glass garage doors are a specialty of ours — impact-rated modern garage doors for distinctive Florida homes. Same engineering rigor as our window installs, with an architectural finish that opens the front of your home to light and air.
