If you want air in that spot, the usual answer is a shaped window on top and an opening window below it, such as a casement or a single-hung, in the same opening.

A round window is measured like any other opening at the free in-home measure, and the new one is made to that size, then installed by our crew.
Often, yes. Half-rounds, eyebrows and arch-tops commonly sit above a front door or a pair of patio doors as a separate fixed window. Whether yours works depends on the wall above the door, so we check it at the free measure and put the answer, and the exact product, on your written quote before anything is ordered.
That's wall work, not a window swap: the opening itself has to change shape. Some walls allow it and some don't, so we look at yours at the free in-home measure and tell you what's possible before anything goes on the quote. Nothing about the opening changes without your say-so.
They can. ES Windows lists flat or ogee-profile grid bars for its Multimax fixed window, and CWS offers grilles on its picture windows. The arched windows in the photo on this page have a sunburst pattern in the arch. Grids are a look, not a requirement, so whether to have them is your call at the measure.
