A pivot lets one door be wider than a hinged door comfortably could, because it turns on a pin at the top and bottom instead of hanging from hinges on its edge. That's why pivots show up on modern front entries. One customer on our Deerfield Beach listing wrote that theirs “just pops and sets our place apart.”

It comes down to the width of the opening and the space on both sides of the wall, since part of the door swings inside and part outside. Whether the opening can change size depends on the wall around it. We measure your entry at the free in-home visit and tell you what's possible before quoting.
Yes. ES Windows designed the ES-PSD5030 “for captured glass, ssg glass, and phenolic panel finish,” so it can be glass or a solid panel. Glass brings light into the foyer; a solid panel gives privacy. The frame comes anodized, painted or in a wood-grain finish, and we go through the options at the measure.
