Impact windows, impact doors, glass garage doors and roof replacement. Windows and doors come from CWS and ES Windows, the two manufacturers we're authorized for; roofs are metal, tile, shingle and flat, installed under our roofing license CCC1337755. Our own in-house crews do every install.
Yes. We pull the permit under our Florida licenses (CGC1525402 and CCC1337755), schedule and meet the inspector, and close out the permit at the end of the job. It's backed by our permit-passing guarantee, so you don't deal with the building department yourself.
For impact windows and doors, plan on about 10 to 12 weeks from signed contract to install day, while the permit is pulled and your order is made to your measurements. Install day itself depends on the size of the job. We give you the timeline for your project with the written quote.
