I met with a number of window replacement providers and Access was the clear winner. Peter was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Permits are filed by us under our Florida licenses, not left to you.
The entire project went smoothly without interruption which included timely issuance of permit and final inspection.

In-house installers only, no day-labor subs. The work area is cleaned before we leave.
They installed our windows as scheduled and completed the installation in one day. The crew was efficient, courteous and professional and cleaned up beyond my expectations once complete.

Permit passing is guaranteed. If something needs adjusting later, call this office.
1.5 years post installation, I had a couple of concerns and it took a bit to make our schedules align but Access sent a technician out and they corrected my issues.

What people notice
“They were meticulous in fitting & finishing each window & door opening. … The existing door frame was in terrible shape with wood rot and large gaps. They almost completely re-built the frame supports with new wood and sealed every gap.”

Windows & doors from this office
CWS and ES Windows both make impact windows and doors, and we're authorized to install both. We quote their products only, and every quote lists the Florida Product Approval numbers for what's going into your home.
We were so impressed by your installation after our first 13 windows we decided to order a second time to replace the remaining windows and a few doors.

Questions
Our own crew. We use in-house installers only, never day-labor subcontractors, for windows, doors and roofs. The crew that installs is the one this office schedules and stands behind, so if you have a question after the job, you call the same people at (239) 296-5996 instead of chasing a subcontractor.
Lee and Collier counties, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples. If your home is in Palm Beach or Broward County, our Deerfield Beach office handles the job instead, at (561) 283-2777. Either office can take your call and book the free in-home measure with the right team.
We do. Permits are filed under our Florida licenses (CGC1525402 and CCC1337755), and we see the job through to final inspection. Permit passing is guaranteed, so you're not left handling the paperwork, the building department or the inspector yourself.
CWS and ES Windows. We're authorized for both and quote their products only. Your written quote lists the Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade approval (NOA) number for each window and door, so you can see exactly what's being installed and look it up yourself.
It depends on how many openings you have, their sizes, the styles you pick, the glass, and the condition of each opening once the old window comes out, so we don't publish a price list. The measure and the written quote are free: we come out, measure every opening, and give you the quote before you decide anything.
Plan on 10 to 12 weeks from signed contract to install day. During that time we pull the permit and your windows and doors are made to your measurements. How long install day takes depends on the size of the job, and our own crew does the work.
Yes. This office handles roof replacement in Lee and Collier counties: metal, tile, shingle and flat roofing, under our roofing license CCC1337755. The roof inspection and written estimate are free. See roof replacement for how a re-roof runs from tear-off to final inspection.
