That distinction matters: every CWS product carries documented Florida Product Approval, with Design Pressure ratings appropriate for the wind zone of your address, and aluminum-frame engineering for salt-air longevity.
As an authorized installer at meaningful volume, our crews have completed hundreds of CWS installs since beginning our partnership — meaning install precision tolerances, flashing protocols, and hardware install patterns are second nature. We don’t troubleshoot CWS products on your project; we know them.
CWS product capabilities
Every CWS product on every quote we issue is cited by its FL Product Approval number (FL-#####-R# format). No mystery materials — you know exactly what is going into your home.
CWS systems include Miami-Dade NOA-certified products for HVHZ-area installs (Broward County and similar HVHZ zones). The stricter certification path is documented on the quote.
Salt-air-grade aluminum frame finishes engineered for Florida coastal conditions. Anodized, powder-coat custom colors, and architectural finish options across the lineup.
DP50 through DP70+ products covering inland Florida through HVHZ coastal applications. We spec the right DP rating for the wind zone of your specific address.
CWS products are built to your opening dimensions, your HOA-approved finish, and your architectural style — not pulled from a standard catalog SKU.
CWS provides architectural review board-ready cut sheets and finish samples. We include these in every quote so your HOA approves on the first submittal.

Install considerations
Lead time: CWS custom-manufactures every product to your opening. Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from quote acceptance to manufacturing completion, then 1–3 days on-site for installation.
Finish samples: Anodized bronze, anodized black, white, and custom powder-coat color match options are all available. For HOA-managed communities, we provide samples in advance of HOA submittal.
Glass options: Clear, tinted (bronze, gray, green), low-emissivity (Low-E), and acoustic-rated glass options. Each adds cost; we explain the tradeoffs in the consultation.
Insurance documentation: Every CWS install includes the OIR-1802 wind mitigation form your insurance carrier needs to apply your 15–40% wind portion premium credit.
